Website Digital Trends has released a list of the best games they played at Summer Game Fest 2025. Lumines Arise tops the list as their “Game of the Show.” You can see the list at Digital Trends’ website.
“[Lumines Arise] completely blew me away,” says Senior Gaming Editor Giovanni Colantonio. When speaking about the new Burst gameplay mechanic, he commented, “It’s a genius addition to the formula that rewards players who can match blocks fast. It doesn’t have a release date yet, but I’ll be clawing at the gates of Enhance’s offices until I can play more.”
In addition to bestowing Lumines Arise with this coveted title, Colantonio noted their more detailed impressions of the game in an article called “I played Lumines Arise and now it’s my most anticipated game of the year with a bullet.”
